Parent Forum Regarding District Specialized Services

You are invited to join an upcoming parent forum to share parent perspectives regarding special education programming and services in Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103.


Forum Details:

  • Thursday, January 18, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. District Office, 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire

OR

  • Friday, January 19, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. District Office, 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire


Facilitators:

Dr. Judy Hackett and Dr. Tim Thomas, TJ Consultants

Purpose Of Parent Forum:

Dr. Judy Hackett and Dr. Tim Thomas are conducting a comprehensive and customized review of specialized programming and services of Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 as an extension of the D103 strategic plan. An important part of this customized review is gathering stakeholder perspectives which includes the important input of parents.


Dr. Hackett and Dr. Thomas will guide the parent forum through questions aligned to the customized review. The forum will also provide an opportunity for a meaningful parent conversation regarding specialized services in D103.


Input gathered from both parent sessions will be incorporated in general impressions regarding parent perspective in the final review provided to the Lincolnshire-Prairie View SD103 in late February, 2024.
