Hello Poinciana Families,
We hope had a wonderful 3-day weekend with your families. We want to inform you of important procedures and reminders for the upcoming week as our students will be participating in state testing.
State Testing Next Week for Grades K–2
State testing will take place April 22-24 for our Kindergarten through 2nd grade students. To ensure a quiet, secure, and focused testing environment:
- The campus will be closed to all visitors during testing hours.
- No lunch visits with students will be permitted next week.
State Testing Continues the Following Week
The week of April 29, testing will continue for grades K-2 and begin for 3rd grade students. We maintain closed campus procedures during this time to support a calm, focused testing environment for all.
We appreciate your support in helping us maintain an optimal environment for student success.
Late Arrival Procedures
For the safety of all students:
- Parents dropping students off late by car must park and walk their child into the front office.
- Please do not drop students off at the front door and drive away.
Staff may not always be present outside, and your child may not be seen upon arrival.
Thank you for helping us keep all students safe!
Front Office Entry – ID Required
