Talofa Parents and Caregivers
We have been celebrating Samoan Language week with a variety of activities. Today's newsletter shows various activities including a video of 'Hiwa' class counting in Samoan.
Our Kapa Haka group are sounding wonderful and will performing for the first time at our Matariki evening on Wednesday 26 July. I've included some photos below of the group practicing today.
Have a wonderful long weekend everyone. I look forward to seeing our children back on Tuesday!

Lunchtime fun!
One fun activity was a spontaneous 'Conga' line forming on the field and weaving it's way through the school!
Our playground at lunchtime is always a busy one. Several sport practices take place and I would like to thank our teachers and parents for coaching our teams.
Thanks to the school council who has purchased games for our children to play. The new games were introduced this week... so much fun!
Kapa Haka Practice
They are making excellent progress with their waiata and actions are coming along nicely also.
Thanks to our tutors Matua Taniora, Whaia Mariea and Mrs Woolf for their mahi.
