Information on Plano East Classes
To all current and future Plano East Panthers:
With the current state we are in with school closure, we want to make sure that students and families are aware of all opportunities for being part of organizations that have a class associated with them for next school year.
Most classes had deadlines before the spring break. Those processes for selection will be moving forward at this point and you will be hearing from the sponsor.
There are a few that did not have that deadline before our closure. All deadlines for these programs for submitting an application or expressing your interest is April 17th by 5 pm.
Specific questions should go to the teacher that is responsible for the program.
Below is a list of those courses that still have opportunities to be part of them. There are blurbs below and links to information about the deadlines.
· Fine arts: All fine arts courses will send information out with their clusters.
· Newspaper/ Photojournalism/ Yearbook: If you are interested in applying for newspaper, photojournalism or yearbook, click here for application information, which requires two teacher recommendations.
