Passing the Torch ceremony
Our 8th graders passed the leadership torch on to our 7th graders, our future leaders for next year.
School Advisory Council
Our SAC group is advisory and consultative to the Pastor and principal. The areas they focus on include advancement, education programs, finance, policy, and strategic planning.
I want to thank Rebecca Lahr, Alicia Nordstrom and Katherine King for their many years on SAC. I appreciate their dedication and commitment to making SHCS a great school and community.
We had a record number of nomination applications this year. We had a tough decision to make in regards to new members. We welcome new members: Rikki Mortl, Kelly Cunningham, and Aimee Wilhelm.
