As we bring this school year to a close, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member of our Deerpark family. It has been a remarkable year, filled with growth, achievement, and countless memorable moments. Together, we have navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and fostered a vibrant and supportive learning environment.

To our dedicated teachers and staff, thank you for your unwavering commitment and passion. Your hard work and dedication have made a profound impact on our students' lives, helping them to reach their full potential.

To our students, I am incredibly proud of each of you. Your resilience, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning have been truly inspiring. As you head into summer, I encourage you to rest, recharge, and explore new interests. Remember, learning doesn't stop when school is out—every experience is an opportunity to grow.

To our parents and guardians, thank you for your continued support and partnership. Your involvement and encouragement are vital to our school's success, and we are grateful for the trust you place in us to educate and nurture your children.

As we look forward to the summer break, let's take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments of this year and set our sights on the exciting opportunities ahead. I wish you all a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer.

Please join us once again in celebrating Ms. Patty Wirth, our 2025 Deerpark Teacher of the Year! RRISD hosted a wonderful celebration for all of Round Rock's teachers of the year on May 7. It was a wonderful reception and I was truly honored to join Ms. Wirth for this celebration!

Rangers! If you are returning to any RRISD school, keep your chromebook and charger. Make sure you have designated a safe space to store it securely throughout the summer.

If you are leaving RRISD, make sure to turn in your RRISD chromebook and charger by Thursday, May 23.

Rangers, if you have questions about your chromebook or repairs, please check with Mr. Heard, our Instructional Technology Specialist, robert_heard@roundrockisd.org.

Please make sure you turn in your library books! Last chance before summer. Students have done an excellent job getting everything turned in and we are searching for the last few books. Check at home and if you find any, drop them in the red bin this week.

McNeil Water Polo Tryouts!

McNeil High School is EXCITED to ANNOUNCE we will have a Varsity Water Polo Team next year!!

Incoming freshmen are highly encouraged to join.

YOUR McNeil Water Polo Team will be coached by Johnny Foss, McNeil High School. YES…Incoming FRESHMAN are HIGHLY encouraged to join!

TRYOUTS are June 3rd and June 5th from 2 - 4:00 PM at the Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center.
