The Re-Enrollment Process Has Started for Our Current Students!
Complete Your Student's Re-Enrollment and Proof of Residency Today!
Dear Harmony Science Academy Pflugerville Parents,
It’s time to secure your student’s spot for the 2025-2026 school year! To ensure your child’s continued enrollment at Harmony Science Academy Pflugerville, please log in to your Parent Skyward account and complete the Re-Enrollment form.
Completing this form is essential even if you do not plan to return next year. The form allows you to choose from two options:
Returning for the next school year
Not returning for the next school year
Proof of Residency Requirement:
If you plan to return, a new proof of residency (POR) must be uploaded for your form to be approved. Acceptable documents include:
Utility or residential service bill
Residential lease agreement
Mortgage statement
For a complete list of acceptable documents, please refer to the Parent/Student Handbook (page 8). The name on the proof of residency must match the parent or guardian on file. If you live with someone else, please visit our front office to complete a Residency Affidavit in person. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.
Please remember to upload your current proof of residency when completing the form. Without this document, your re-enrollment request cannot be approved.
Important Reminders:
You must log in through Parent Skyward to access the Re-Enrollment form. The form will not appear in your student’s Skyward account.
Re-enrollment is for current Harmony students only. Please do not confuse this process with new student enrollment applications.
Deadline: January 24, 2025
The re-enrollment process, including proof of residency, must be completed and approved by January 24, 2025. Failure to complete this by the deadline will result in losing your child’s current enrollment status. You will then need to reapply and be placed in the lottery, which takes place in mid-February. No exceptions will be made.
