Tomorrow is picture retakes. This will only be for new students and students who are getting their picture retaken. If you child is getting their picture retaken, please send in the pictures that were sent home earlier this year. Please see the email from last night for more information.

As a reminder, no students are allowed on the playground after school, without parent supervision. Also, our front door does not open until 8:30 am and there is no supervision outside. Please make sure students do not get to school until 8:30 am.

As a reminder, please do not allow students to bring toys to school, unless the teacher is having a special activity. As a reminder, toys that resemble a weapon is not allowed on school grounds, this includes things like water gun or nerf guns. I know that the family dollar sells some toys like this and I wanted to remind everyone.

As a reminder, our school doors do not open until 8:30 am. Student should not report to school until this time, as there is no adult supervision before 8:30 am. Students should enter school as soon as they arrive at school.

Students must be accompanied by an adults to play on the playground equipment after school. Starting tomorrow, we will ask all students not with a parent/guardian to leave the school grounds as soon as we dismiss. As a reminder, there is no adult supervision after school. I will make an announcement tomorrow to all students, and we will continue this after break.

Attendance is very import to students and school performance. Please make sure that students are coming to school everyday that they can. As we move into the month of September, we will celebrate Attendance Awareness Month. Please make every effort for our students to be in school.

I know how important it can be for students to have cell phones, especially for students that walk, but cell phones are not allowed to be out during the school day. I have reminded and will continue to remind students of this. If you need to get a message to your student, please call the office. If a student needs to ask their parents a question, we will let them call home from the office. Please help us by reminding students that cell phones should be put away during the school day. Also as a reminder, Snapchat, Instagram, and TicTok require people to be at least 13 years old in order to use their apps. Thank you for you help and support!
