End of The Year PAWS Assembly
Summer Technology Repairs
The technology team will be available during the summer to look at any broken district devices and then repair or replace the device.
The team will be located in the front office of the Intermediate School on Wednesdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. We will be starting this Wednesday, June 4th, and will be doing this weekly until our last Wednesday, July 30th.
There is no need to make an appointment. iPads and iPad keyboards can be swapped out the same day (as long as replacements are available). Chromebooks will have to be dropped off and we will contact you once the original device is back and ready to be picked up. For Macbooks, the repair time will vary depending on the issue.
If we do need to repair the device or keep the device for an extended period of time, please provide us with the best way to reach you.
If you have any questions or are unable to make that timeframe throughout the summer, please contact Eric Stadlman at estadlman@fsd79.org or Craig Albers at calbers@fsd79.org.
2025-2026 Wednesday Right at School Lottery & Registration Timeline

The program will begin the second week of September
Registration will cover the entire school year
Consistent parent pick-up or bus transportation will be required
The following registration timeline will be utilized:
June 2: Identified families who qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch program will receive an email informing them that registration is open
June 18: Registration closes for families who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch
June 20: All K-5 families will receive an email allowing them to register to be entered into the lottery
July 7: Lottery registration closes
July 15: Lottery results shared via email with families who registered
We’re excited to continue offering this valuable opportunity while making sure it meets the needs of our students and staff. Please contact Nick Brilowski, Director of Public Relations, if you have any questions.
Summer Online Learning Access
This Summer Online Learning Access document highlights the programs that students have access to over the summer, should you wish to access them for independent summer learning. These are the same online, personalized, self-paced, student-directed programs FSD79 uses during the school year. Prior to summer break, your child’s current classroom teacher(s) will provide reminders regarding the necessary login information needed to access these tools.
Lost and Found
Medication Pick Up
Fremont School District has set up guidelines for the administration and transportation of medications at school. These guidelines have been established in order to ensure the safety and well being of all children.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up any medication at the end of the school year. All medication, including inhalers and Epi-Pens, must be picked up by 3:00 pm JUNE 2, 2025. Please make arrangements to pick up your child’s medication. MEDICATION WILL NOT BE SENT HOME ON THE BUS WITH YOUR CHILD. ANY MEDICATIONS LEFT AFTER JUNE 2 WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
If your child will be attending any summer school programs, please let Nurse Grace know and those medications can be picked up on the last day of their summer school session.
As a reminder, new Medication Authorization Forms will need to be filled out by the child’s physician each school year. Forms can be found on the school website in the Health Services section.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact the health office.
