Program of Study Renewals for 2024-25
Every four years, CTE Programs of Study are required to go through a renewal process and be approved by ODE. This is a great opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of your program
This will be an in-person meeting and you should have everything you need to complete your renewal with your school’s CTE administrator by the end of the meeting. Due to the timing (after school), food will be provided at the meeting.
The consortium’s schedule for this process has not yet been set for each of the specific programs but generally take place in the month of April.
More information will be provided to you in the 2025-26 school year so your program will go through a smooth process as it is considered for renewal.

Participating teachers will leave with all electronic resources, a binder of handouts and project guides, project examples you will build in lab and can use in your program when you get home, teaching resources, curriculum, weld examples, and more. You will be asked ahead of time to complete a survey of current level of experience, your shop facilities you have to work with, and other information that will allow the instructors to tailor the week to best fit your needs and wants.
