Qmlativ FAQ's
- Will there be a loss of functionality?
- There will be a change in functionality! Because Qmlativ is a new product, designed to make getting your job done more efficiently, you will experience new favorites, changed favorites, and bump into old favorites too as you explore and become familiar with Qmlativ.
- What will migrate?
- A large majority of your Skyward SMS 2.0 data will migrate to Qmlativ. Five years of inactive record history and fiscal transactions will migrate.
- How will State and Federal reporting be handled?
- WSIPC will continue to ensure that all State and Federal reporting requirements are met in Qmlativ.
- Why the change?
- Provides improved system performance making processes faster and more efficient.
- Gives unparalleled access to data through powerful reporting tools.
- Delivers a user-centric, uncluttered design, brings you logical and intuitive navigation, simple shortcuts, sensible defaults, a cleaner interface, and personalized customizations.
- Delivers configurable live tiles that bring alerts an notifications to your immediate attention.
Qmlativ user trainings continue to be rolled out. Focus Group trainings are ongoing. Additional user training opportunities will be released over the next several months. Stay tuned!

Employee Access Features
W2 Information
- In the Payroll area of Employee Access, you are able to view your W2 data for each calendar year you have been employed.
- You can view this information for record keeping or tax purposes, such as comparing your W2 information from particular calendar years.
- You will not be able to view your WD data until your employer has completed the W2 processing for that calendar year.
- You can also print this information for either personal records or filing your taxes.
- Example, you may need to print your W2 form to bring to your tax professional in order to tile your tax return at the end of the year.

Tax Information
- You can access your tax information though Employee Access to verify its accuracy.
- Tax information includes data at the federal and state level about your filing status, any exemptions withheld, citizenship and resident classification, dependents, and tax percentage based on taxable income.
- Verifying your tax information is accurate helps ensure the correct amount of taxes are deducted from your paycheck.

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information
- In the Payroll areas of Employee Access, you can view ACA 1095C information for each year.
- ACA information includes data about your health insurance Offer of Coverage, Safe Harbor, and Covered Individuals on your health insurance plan.
- You can view this information for record-keeping purposes, such as comparing your ACA information from year to year.
- You can view all historical data that has been processed on the ACA information screen.
- You can also print this information to be used for either personal records or tax purposes.
- For example, you may need to print your 1095C form for your tax professional in order to file your tax return at the end of the year.
