The annual Elementary Track Meet is scheduled for Monday, May 20th ~ K-5 will be from 10:00-2:30pm. The Rain Date will be on Tuesday, May 21st, and the time will still be from 10:00-2:30pm. We would like spectators to remain in the bleachers & off the football field, where activities will take place. If you would like to help with the field day in any manner please contact the school. We appreciate any help we can get.

STUDENTS MAY LEAVE WITH THEIR PARENTS WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH THEIR EVENTS. STUDENTS MUST BE CHECKED OUT WITH THE CLASSROOM TEACHER BEFORE LEAVING SCHOOL GROUNDS. (A NOTE FROM A PARENT IS REQUIRED IF STUDENTS WILL BE LEAVING WITH SOMEONE BESIDES THEIR PARENTS)

A concession stand will be open with Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas/drink combos available for $7. If your child is having lunch from the concession stand, please keep that money with you, so it doesn’t get lost when we are doing our events.

Monday, May 20 will be Step Up Day for the 5th graders. In the morning, before the elementary field day (8:00-10:00), the 5th graders will Step Up to 6th grade. They will meet the 6th-grade teachers and learn a little about what 6th grade will be like.

On Monday morning, all 5th-grade students need to report to the high school. If your student rides the bus, they need to get off at the high school. If you drop your student off, please drop them off at the main doors by 8:00. Mrs. Lowe and Mrs. Fehringer will be at the front doors to direct the students. They will have a chance to eat breakfast at the high school. At 10:00, we will bring them out and they will have field day like normal.

As we wind down the year, please pay any outstanding lunch balances by May 22nd! Thanks for your help with this!

Please make sure all Library Books are returned (or fees paid) by Friday, May 17th.

If you digitally submit the form, we will collect the $30 payment on the day we come to paint your logo. No logo will be painted until we have received payment.
