WELCOME

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! Make sure to check out the PTO website for membership!


Our first PTO Meeting of the year is Monday, August 28 at 7:00 PM at Walden. Everyone is welcome to attend!


If you are a room parent please join us at 6:15 PM on 8/28 for a room parent meeting!

WALDEN WEAR

Shop fall's spirit wear options from Walden Wear! Sales will be open online from Now - September 8. All orders will be delivered to school by end of September. Walden Wear will be also be selling select grab & go items at the Ice Cream Social.


Can’t wait to see everyone sporting the new Walden Wear this Fall!!

WILDCAT LUNCH

The Walden PTO offers Wildcat Lunch through Marla's.


The lunch program utilizes a variety of restaurants including Jersey Mikes, Panera, New York Slices, Noodles & Co, City BBQ, Culver's, Dear Franks, Piero's, Original Bagel & Bialy, Max & Benny's Once Upon A Grill, Potbelly's, Cluckers and more!


Instructions for ordering lunch are below. To order lunch please go to marlaslunch.boonli.com.

CELEBRATION BOOKS

Looking for a fun way to celebrate your child at school?

Make a donation to the Walden Library for a book that will remain at school and honor your child's birthday or special event. A name plate will be put inside the book to commemorate the special event for your child. Your child will get to be the first one to check out their special book. The book will be returned to the library so that future children or siblings will get to enjoy it.

**COMING UP**

ICE CREAM SOCIAL

I scream you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Join us on the blacktop for a free family fun evening on Thursday, September 7th from 6:30-7:30 PM. Walden Wear and Bricks will be for sale.

MOVIE NIGHT

The Walden Movie Night is a fun family event. Come watch a movie, enjoy dinner and dessert, and get comfortable on a blanket while hanging out with friends and family!


Friday, September 22 from 6 PM - 8 PM.


The cost of this event is $10 per family!

What a fun morning the kindergarten wildcats had at their Kindy Meet and Greet! Welcome to Walden Class of 2029! Thank you to Andrea Brandess and Jessica Raskin for organizing this fun event.

Wow, what an amazing start to the beginning of the school year! We had a blast at the Back to School Kick Off! Thank you to our chairs, Abby Portman and Allie Zalay and of course all the volunteers who made this event so successful. Thank you!
