Cahaba 5th Grade Mystery Field Trip Soars to "Higher Heights" Cahaba 5th Grade Mystery Field Trip Soars to "Higher Heights"

Cahaba Mystery Day

It was a day to remember as 5th grade students embarked on an unforgettable mystery field trip themed “Higher Heights.” The excitement began bright and early at the school track, where students enjoyed a special breakfast and an inspiring message from Mrs. Tyner and Mrs. Giangrosso, setting the tone for a day full of fun, teamwork, and celebration. Students then boarded buses and headed to Activate, where they teamed up to conquer interactive games and physical challenges designed to build confidence, collaboration, and resilience. Next stop: Trussville PlayStation, where the adventure continued with a pizza lunch followed by silent disco. Students danced and laughed with their friends, headphones on and spirits high. Back at school, the fun was far from over. Students rotated through exciting activities with their teams, including laser tag, inflatables, and rock climbing, pushing themselves to new “heights” both physically and socially. The grand finale brought squeals of joy as students walked to the front lawn, where Trussville firefighters treated them to a cool-down celebration—spraying arcs of water that sparkled in the sun and capped off a perfect day.

The 5th grade mystery trip was more than just fun—it was a celebration of hard work, growth, and the bright future ahead. Here's to rising to new heights!

Blanche Turns FIVE! Blanche Turns FIVE!

Blanche Turns 5!

It was a "paws-itively" perfect day on Monday at Paine Elementary! The student body came together to celebrate their beloved facility dog, Blanche, turning 5 years old! To make Blanche’s birthday extra special, Paine's amazing PTO treated students to popsicles in the courtyard. Each class also had the chance to take a photo with Blanche and shower her with love, hugs, and plenty of birthday wishes!
