⛄ PTA Winter Wonderland Night ⛄
Let's all get out of the winter cold with a family fun night on 1/17/25 from 6:00-8:00 pm. We have lots of fun planned, starting with showing Snow Buddies in the cafeteria with a popcorn and candy bar. We'll also have crafts, board games, and other activities to enjoy together. Huey Magoos will be provided for dinner, while supplies last, at no cost. Can't wait to see you all there!

🔵🟢 Zone News 🟡🔴
As a district, Ozark elementary schools are utilizing The Zones of Regulation® curriculum (or “The Zones” for short). The Zones of Regulation focuses on self-regulation.
The Yellow Zone is used to describe a heightened state of alertness. A person may be experiencing stress, frustration, anxiety, excitement, silliness, or fear when in the Yellow Zone. The student's energy is elevated yet he or she feels some sense of internal control.
Below is a graphic of tools we use at school to help a child regulate from of the Yellow Zone. Feel free to use the same tools at home if you notice your child might be in the Yellow Zone.
🧼 A Note from the Nurse 🧼
The start of a new year is a great time to wash and sanitize your child's backpack, lunch box and jackets, as well as restock a change of weather appropriate clothing for spills and accidents.
