Middle School Update
February 2025
A Note From Mrs. Fleming:
We hope everyone had a restful and relaxing week. As we dive into the last half of the month, there are many exciting events and learning opportunities to look forward to. March will be a busy month ahead including parent teacher conferences. Please be on the look out for those upcoming days.
As we move forward, we want to emphasize the importance of strong attendance—being in school every day helps students stay on track and engaged. We also encourage students to take advantage of extra help sessions, available with all teachers at least two days a week. Staying after school for extra support is a great way to reinforce learning and build confidence. Let’s make the most of these next few months by showing up, staying focused, and seeking help when needed!
With spring just around the corner, let's keep up the great work and finish the winter season strong! As always, thank you for your support, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Warm regards,
Sarah Fleming

This month, Proctor's Theatre brought an unforgettable performance of The Underground Railroad to our middle school students. The production provided an interactive and educational experience, vividly bringing to life the courageous journey of enslaved individuals seeking freedom. Through powerful storytelling, music, and drama, students were able to engage with this important part of history in a meaningful and impactful way.
