Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week May 5-9 🍎
Principal’s Message: Celebrating Our Amazing Conley Staff!
Dear Conley Families,
As we move into May, I want to take a moment to highlight one of the most meaningful weeks of the school year: Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week, which begins next week! This is a special time to celebrate the incredible educators and support staff who pour their hearts into our students each and every day. From classroom teaching to behind-the-scenes support, the dedication, care, and commitment of our team are what make Conley Elementary such a warm and thriving learning environment.
We know that this year, more than ever, our staff have gone above and beyond, showing flexibility, creativity, and deep compassion in everything they do. Whether it's a warm greeting at the door, personalized academic support, or the countless moments of encouragement and connection that happen throughout the day, our staff consistently model what it means to lead with heart.
Our amazing PTA has organized a Staff Luncheon to show appreciation, and we invite families to join in supporting this effort. If you’d like to contribute, there’s still time! You can sign up to donate items for the luncheon using the link below:

Every note of gratitude, donation, or simple act of kindness helps our team feel seen and valued and we are so grateful for your support in making that happen.
Thank you for being such a strong and caring school community. Let’s make next week extra special for the people who make Conley such a wonderful place to be!
Warmly,
Mrs. Surjan
Principal
