Open House is TUESDAY next week!
We are so excited to see everyone at Open House on Tuesday, July 30th!
Please come into the front doors of the school. No other doors will be accessible.
We will have flyers at the front entrance of the school with all the information you need. There will be opportunities for paying fees, completing registration, purchasing tshirts , signing up for the YMCA's After School program and more!
4K Parents - We will open our doors for you at 12:45. Orientation begins at 1:00. This is not a drop-in, so please be here on time. We encourage your 4 year old to attend!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade Parents - We will open our doors for you at 2:55. This is a drop-in Open House, so please feel free to come anytime between 3:00-5:00.
Thursday, August 1st is the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
The first day of school is right around the corner and I wanted to let everyone know a few details.
- All parents are welcome to walk your child to class on the first day of school. If you plan to come inside, you should be here prior to 8:00 am. At 8:00, teachers will begin their day with students and close their classroom doors. The lobby area will be open from 7:15 - 8:00 am.
- All parents or visitors must enter the front doors of the school. No other entrance is available to parents. Park in the front lot to come straight in, or park in the side lot. If you park in the side lot, be sure to use the cross walk as there will be a lot of traffic at that time. You can walk around the side of the building and enter the front doors.
- Parents are also welcome to drop off in the car line to the right of the building. We will have a large number of staff and our Safety Patrollers ready to greet you and your child at your car!
- Remember that breakfast AND lunch are FREE all year! If your child plans to eat breakfast at school, they must arrive prior to 7:45. We close the cafeteria doors at 7:45.
If you or someone you know is still not receiving emails, please encourage them to call the front office. Rolling bookbags are not allowed at school.
Dress Code Policy
Most of the district’s student dress code policies apply to 4th and 5th students.
Please ensure students abide by the following:
No shorts shorter than where their fingertips reach
Wear full length shirts (no mid-drift or undergarments showing)
No clothing that is see-through
Leggings, jeggings, or other exercise pants should come to mid-thigh and be worn with a long shirt
Hoodies may not cover the head.
