Educating the Heart and Mind
PACELLI POST

DR. MARTIN'S MESSAGE
Cardinal Pacelli School is experiencing a period of significant growth, marked by an increasing number of students enrolling each year and an expanding demand for educational services and extracurricular programs. This growth reflects the school’s strong academic reputation, its commitment to nurturing a well-rounded student body, and the high quality of its faculty and resources. However, with this positive expansion comes a set of challenges that require careful planning and strategic action to ensure the sustainability of the school's mission and to maintain the personalized attention and academic excellence that Cardinal Pacelli has come to be known for.
To address these challenges, it has become necessary to implement a new admission and retention policy. This policy will not only streamline the enrollment process, ensuring that it remains fair and transparent, but will also include a new retention policy. The aim is to balance the growing demand for spots with maintaining a manageable student-to-teacher ratio, offering a range of extracurricular opportunities, and fostering a supportive environment for all students.
Additionally, the new policy will focus on aligning admissions criteria with the school’s values and ensuring that families who are committed to the school’s mission and Parish can access and benefit from the high-quality education that Cardinal Pacelli offers. Through these adjustments, we hope to continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for both new and current students while maintaining the community-oriented atmosphere that defines Cardinal Pacelli School.
Please see the changes in the links below.
