50% of the proceeds will be donated to the National Brain Tumor Society. May is National Brain Tumor Awareness Month.

Interested in trying out for a high school sport? Rising 9th graders are invited drop in to meet with coaches on May 20 from 4-5:30pm in the High School Gym.

It's that time of year again to start registering for our Heart of a Champion event. Remember this is an event for athletes to receive a FREE physical from one of our expert Atrium Health physicians. This year's event will be held on Saturday, May 31st at the Indian Trail Orthopedics and Sports Medicine location. This is open for rising 9th-12th graders.

Congratulations to Lilly Fox and Reese Jones, who were both selected for the 2024-2025 NCCCA All-State Cheerleading Team. These young ladies are two of the top 42 Cheerleaders in North Carolina. They will be representing Union Academy at the NC East-West All Star games held in July in Greensboro, NC.

Congratulations to our Track Team for standing out at the Union County Championship Meet on 4/2/25 at Cuthbertson High School!

We had the following who medaled placing top 3: Girls 4x8 - Abby, Sophia, Lily, Ana, Boys 4x2- Breshen, JT, Preston, Stephen, Triple Jump- Breshen, Brihanna - 400!

We also had the following school records set: 4x2 boys, Jack- Discus, Breshen- Triple Jump, Brihanna - 200 AND 400, and Ana - 1600!! We had 27 more PR's as well!
