This is a reminder that our Calendar Art project is due this week.

We have started this project in class but finished at home. This is a required project for 3rd- 8th Graders as part of their summative art grade. Students will complete their artworks at home and submit it back to me by September 26, Thursday. Kinder- 2nd Grade participation is optional. Also, band members are exempted from the project. I will deliver and submit all contest entries on September 27th, Friday, after school.

Lastly, make sure that all works are labeled correctly (see the poster): "On the back of the entry, please print:

We need lots of help counting raffle tickets starting September 30th through October 7th. Please sign up using the link below. These hours do not count towards your Harvest Festival hours because we still need lots of support at the festival. Thank you in advance for your time and support!

**CURRENT ALTAR SERVERS**

We are having a mandatory Altar Serving refresher training for all current Altar Servers.

Session 2: Grades 6-8

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 at 3pm (In the Church)

You must attend if you are planning to altar serve this school year.

**CALLING ALL NEW ALTAR SERVERS**

If you are interested in becoming an Altar Server you must attend both sessions for your grade level.

Session # 1

Grades 3-5 First Session 09/23 at 3pm

Grades 6-8 First Session 09/30 at 3pm

Session #2

Grades 3-5 Second Session 10/07 at 3pm

Grads 6-8 Second Session 10/21 at 3pm

If you have students in grades 3-8 who are interested in receiving their sacraments, please contact Liz Williams in the Religious Education office. Classes start September 15th, so please contact Liz as soon as possible to get started!

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
