County provided final exams will be on Tuesday, May 21. All 6th and 7th grade students will take science and social studies. 8th grade students in enhanced algebra will also take a final.

Parkview High School Basketball Tryouts for rising 9th graders will be held at Parkview High School on Thursday May 23rd from 3:00-5:00 and Friday May 24 from 12:00-2:00. Student Athletes must have all RankOne documents, including a current GHSA physical, uploaded for the 2024-2025 school year in order to participate in tryouts.

“Did you know that Imagine Learning Language & Literacy is available to your child at home this summer at no cost to you? Your child can access Imagine Language and Literacy through a web browser at login.imaginelearning.com using any computer or tablet. Your child can log in with the site code 1302550. Please see the enclosed flyer for information about the Imagine Learning contest going on from May 23 through July 17, 2024. Twenty students will win a gift card at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.”

We strive to improve access to nutritious food and to engage communities. Our convenient and flexible mobile food distribution is available twice a month at select park locations throughout the year. Additionally, each distribution site is a contactless drive-thru, and we do not require identification.

Through these efforts, we deliver fresh fruits and vegetables and shelf-stable foods directly to our communities, making a significant impact in reducing food insecurity.
