Good Afternoon, OMS Families,

It was a busy week at the nest! On Monday, we recognized OMS family veterans during our assembly and hallway honor walk. We also heard patriotic songs performed by our 2nd graders during their afternoon concert. On Thursday evening, it was a full house celebrating multiculturalism and hearing songs from around the world performed by our 3rd graders. THANK YOU to our OMS families who hosted a room and shared their cultures with us!

As a reminder, next week families may receive an attendance notification if your child has been absent or tardy more than 5% of school days and report cards will be emailed home on Friday.

The Library Media Center staff would like to thank families for sponsoring books at the library fundraiser on November 14 during Multicultural Night. We are grateful that 110 books were sponsored! The funds earned will help us to purchase more books for the library.

Help for the Holidays

The holidays are quickly approaching, and we have families in our OMS community that can use a little extra help during the holiday season. Please contact us if your family is one that would benefit from this assistance. Gifts or gift cards will be collected to distribute to families who respond by November 22.
