October has been a fantastic month here at Dudley Elementary! We kicked things off with our exciting Color Fun Run, where students and staff celebrated with vibrant energy and lots of color. We followed up with Literacy Night and Bingo for Books, where both students and their families had a blast, competing for some amazing prizes!

We were also thrilled by the incredible turnout for Donuts with Grownups. Thank you to our wonderful PTO for providing donuts and juice—it made the morning extra special.

As we look ahead to November, we’re preparing for another full month of activities and learning adventures. We’re grateful for the ongoing support from our families and community as we continue to accomplish great things together at Dudley Elementary!

• Please call the school to make changes to transportation by 2:30. Please send a paper note if possible or call 721-2621. Notes will be not be accepted from Dojo.
• All lunch money needs to be sent in an envelope labeled with your child's name, teacher, and lunch number.
• All visitors must have an ID when coming into the school during school hours
• Please turn in all attendance notes if your child is absent. You can email them to brittany.collins@frco.k12.va.us or dulany.fralin@frco.k12.va.us
• We have lots of items in our Lost and Found. If you child is missing something please remind them to look there.

Thank you all for helping keep our car rider line running smoothly and safely! Just a reminder that cars should be in park with engines off ONLY in the loading and unloading zone. As we head into the colder months, please remember that engines only need to be off while students are actively moving in and out of vehicles.

We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to ensure the safety of all our students and staff. Thank you for making our car rider line safe and efficient!

Santa Shop
The PTO is looking for volunteers to help work Santa Shop. This will be held December 9th-13th. If you are available to help, please email pto4dudley@gmail.com. More information regarding this event will be sent home at a later date.
