2026 Annual Family Update
It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR.
Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:
- may not be enrolled in a class for the 25/26 school year
- may not receive a schedule
- and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.
It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for the next school year.

Will TVUSD See You Next Year?
As TVUSD begins planning for the 25/26 school year, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to let us know if your child(ren) WILL NOT be returning for next school year. If your student(s) will be continuing their enrollment within any TVUSD, there is no need to complete the questionnaire. We appreciate your time. The school sites will be reaching out to families with the formal withdrawal process.
Attendance Challenge Update
We are getting closer to our goal with 94.95% attendance so far in 2025. Let’s keep up the momentum as we continue to work toward our goal of 95% overall attendance throughout the challenge.
Remember, every school day counts. Consistent attendance is key to building strong learning habits and staying on track for success. We’re so proud of all of our students and their hard work. This week's top three:
- First Place: Ms. Stacy's Class ~ 98.8%
- Second Place: Ms. Inigarida's Class ~ 98.3%
- Third Place: Ms. Grant's Class ~ 97.6%
How You Can Help:
- Ensure your child gets plenty of rest.
- Try to schedule appointments outside of school hours.
- Encourage your child to attend school each day, even when they’re feeling a little tired.
Let’s keep the energy high and make every day count! We can’t wait to see which class takes the top spot next week! Level Up that attendance!

Health Reminders
“Healthy students learn better.” Although it is important for students to be at school every day the health staff would like to review the general guidelines for students coming to school. Please take a moment to read the following protocols.
Students should not be sent to school with the symptoms listed below:
Fever (100 or above)
Diarrhea
Nausea with or without vomiting
Pain that is not controlled
Flu symptoms
Infectious Conjunctivitis (pink eye), this requires a physician’s visit
Students may return to school after illness if:
Fever free for 24 hours without medication
No vomiting for the last 24 hours
Infectious Conjunctivitis (pink eye) when antibiotic treatment has been administered at least 24 hours and symptoms have subsided
Students with injuries requiring the usage of wheelchairs, crutches, splints, braces or casts require a physician’s note and indication when they are able to resume regular activities. These students will be restricted from contact sports and other designated activities on the playground.

Birthday Celebrations
We love celebrating birthdays at Crowne Hill! Birthdays can be celebrated with non-food items such as bookmarks, pencils, erasers, or a book donation to the class or our school library. No food items will be delivered for student birthdays. Large displays of balloons or gifts will not be given during the school day as they can be quite distracting. For more information, you can visit the Wellness Policy in the handbook.
