Dear South Pointe High School Families,

We look forward to welcoming all of our students back to South Pointe High School in a few weeks. I am excited about the wonderful opportunities the 2021-2022 school year will bring. This year we will welcome our Freshman and all new students to South Pointe on August 3, 2021. Our first day of school for all students is August 16, 2021. Please read through all of the information in our weekly newsletter to help guide you and your high school student through the start of the school year. Student Athletic Fees: $60

Student Schede Retrievel Information

All students will be able to access their schedule electronically beginning August 10th.

Students will need to login to their ParentPortal PowerSchool account to access. Instructions can be found by clicking HERE

The ParentPortal will be locked until August 10th.

9th Grade Orientation

New Student Orientation

If your student is in grades 10-12 and is new to South Pointe, they are invited to attend our New Student Orientation on Tuesday, August 3rd at 10:00AM. Students who are in the 10th grade and were in the Virtual Academy last year but will be Face to Face this year are also welcome to attend. Students can bring up to 2 guests with them. There will be opportunities to pick up their schedule, tour the building and attend a school information session.

Return to School Parent Calls

SPHS Administrators will be hosting Return to School Zoom sessions to provide back to school details and answer any questions from parents. Reminders will be sent with the link prior to the call.

Athletic Department Information

Athletic fees must be paid before the game, meet or competition or athlete will not be allowed to participate. Fees must be paid by 10am of the competition day.

Fees are $60 and should be paid online on the South Pointe’s website under E-payments or using this link: https://rockhillsc.csiepay.com/

Rising 9th grade athletes will be able to pay their athletic fee in person on Orientation Day on August 3rd only. If paying in cash, please bring exact change. Checks must have phone number and address.
