Kings County Office of Education will be hosting a virtual National History Day competition on March 13, 2021. The competition is open to students grades 4th through 12th within Kings County. History Day is a National competition that celebrates notable events and people in history through theme-based competitions at the county, state, and national level.

Participating in history day promotes alignment with the History Social Science Framework, Project Based Learning, and inquiry in the classroom. Through the resources on our history day website, find out more on how you can implement history day at your school site.
