On Saturday, May 3, we will be having a special day to clean up all of the centers and make any needed improvements. We greatly appreciate any and all help offered during this time. Use the link below to sign up or watch for a sign-up sheet in the classrooms to choose an area you would prefer to help in. Or, if you have noticed any special projects that need attention, please talk to Josh or Amy in the office.

We will be working 8:30-1:30 and lunch will be provided. You are welcome to bring your children to help clean, but care will not be provided during this time.

Please join us in praying for our nation on this day. You can join us here at Trinity or just spend some time in prayer on your own.

As the weather warms up and the sun is shining, we want to keep your children safe. Please bring a bottle of sunscreen for your child to share so we can apply it before going outside. Typically we will use one bottle and apply to all children. If your child is sensitive to certain types of sunscreen please let us know and we will only use the one you provide. This way we can make sure that we are not cross-contaminating with other children's products.

YOU’RE INVITED

On Friday, May 9 we would like to invite all mothers or grandmothers to join us at 10:00-11:00am for tea/juice and cookies, followed by a craft with your child. We will all be meeting in the main room of the big blue building. You can go to the Youth Center classroom and we will bring your child(ren) to meet you. Even if your child is not scheduled for this day we would love for you to bring them along and attend this special time.

RSVP: Please let us know if you are able to attend!

We will be closed Monday, May 26th for Memorial Day.

When your child receives new immunizations, please bring those records in to the office. We must keep immunizations up to date on all children. Our records are checked yearly to make sure all children are current. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Since Trinity and District 5 end on different days there is some confusion. We will provide full-day care for all Trinity students on their regularly scheduled days once school ends. The summer program will begin on June 10. If your child will not be attending for the summer we will plan for them to attend until June 6. If this is not the case for your child please let us know.

Following the close of the 2025 Montana Legislative Session, important updates to child care licensing rules are now in effect.

• Immunization requirements--School-age children attending public school do not need to provide immunization documentation to school-age care providers. As they segregate groups by age, licensed Centers are required to enroll children with medical or religious immunization exemptions.
• Fever temperature--Anything over 100.4 is now considered a fever. When a child has a temperature of 100.4 or above they will be required to go home and not return until 24 hours after the fever has broken without fever reducing medication (one example is Tylenol).

These rules are not yet reflected in the licensing handbook. We received a letter from the State saying that we must follow these new rules.
