Wednesday was Custodian Appreciation Day! We are Today we celebrated our first PBIS event with a movie and popcorn for all students who had 100 dojo points. Many students stayed for the dance this afternoon and had a great time.

- Our book fair runs from October 7-11.
- We will host 3rd-5th grade fathers at our next All Pro Dad's breakfast on October 8th at 8:00. Please RSCP so we can have breakfast for you.
- Our curriculum night is October 8th from 4:00-6:00. We are going to celebrate becoming a Showcase School in our Global Leaders program. We will also be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with tacos and a variety of student performances. There will be music, dancing, and parades! Teachers will be sharing information about the curriculum, assessment, and information around how families can support students at home. We will be running the book fair all evening.
- PTO and ESL Night will take place following curriculum night.
- Fifth grade will take science check ins on Wednesday, October 9th.
- Third grade will go on their field trip on Thursday, October 10th.
Our classroom instruction begins at 7:45. If you arrive after the staff have gone in the building, we ask that you park and walk your child into the building to sign them in. We do not have staff supervising the front after the bell rings, and we want students to be safe. It is important for everyone to be on time, so nobody misses out!
