We’d like to share some important information about a form your child will be bringing home on Monday: the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application. Completing this form is vital for our school, as it helps secure funding for programs and services that benefit all students, such as free meals, additional learning support, and more classroom resources.
Please complete and return this form by Tuesday, October 15th, even if you’ve filled out something similar in the past. One form is needed per family, so if you have multiple children in our school, only one form needs to be submitted.
As a fun incentive, the class with the most returned forms will earn a donut party! Thank you for helping us support our school by completing and returning this important form.
