As the school year comes to a close, I want to thank our entire school community for an incredible year. We've seen so many great accomplishments—whether in the classroom, on the athletic field, or in the area of fine arts. Your hard work, dedication, and spirit have made this year one to remember.

To our 8th grade students, we wish you the best of luck as you move on to high school. We’re proud of all you’ve achieved and excited for all that’s ahead.

Students will keep their Chromebooks over the summer. Please have a safe place for it at home so you can be ready for the first day of school next year. If you are moving and leaving Katy ISD, you will need to turn the Chromebook, case, and charger into the library by May 22, 2025. If you are moving to another Katy ISD school, including high school, you will keep your Chromebook and take it to your new Katy ISD school.

Parents please be advised that there is a new TikTok trend that involves the students putting objects into the chromebook charging port causing it to smoke and start on fire. I have attached a recent news story regarding this issue. Please take a moment to talk with your student to let them know how dangerous this is. Thank you for your support!
