Part 1: Using the my.gccisd.net Portal

  1. Students and teachers can go to the my.gccisd.net
  2. Enter your computer credentials. (Students username: Student ID, password: mmddyyyy (birthdate))
  3. Click on Applications
  4. Click on the McGraw Hill

Part 2: Access the Book on the iPad

Install TWO applications
  1. Go to the iPad apps store
  2. Search for 'McGraw Hill ConnectED' (picture below for iPad App)
  3. Install: Tap Get
  4. Go to the upper left hand corner of the App Store and change the Search option FROM iPad only TO iPhone only
  5. Find the Red and White iPhone app (picture below for iPhone App)
  6. Install: Tap Get
  7. Launch Safari or Google Chrome.
  8. Students and teachers can go to the my.gccisd.net
  9. Enter your computer credentials. (Students username: Student ID, password: mmddyyyy (birthdate))
  10. Tap on Applications
  11. Tap on the McGraw Hill
  12. Tap on Launch Mobile app
  13. Once the student logs in the first time this way, they can always login through the iPad McGraw Hill app automatically.
