DMS Testing Dates: May 5 - May 9th
- CAASPP Testing begins Monday, May 5th and continues through Friday May 9th for all grades.
- DMS will be on a rolling block schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday will be a regular schedule and students will be dismissed at 1:30.
- Please be sure to have your students to school on time as testing begins promptly at 8:00 am.

CHS Sports Physicals for Athletes - MAY 3rd
Please review the following important information regarding sports physicals and clearance:
Sports Physical Day: We will be hosting an upcoming Sports Physical Day. This is a convenient opportunity for students to complete their required physicals as part of the clearance process.
Clearance Requirement: All student-athletes must be cleared to participate. This can be done through our on-site physical day or by visiting your own doctor.
Fall Sports: Clearance opens May 1 for the 2025–26 school year. Many fall sports begin training during the summer or right as school starts, so it's important to complete clearance early.
Winter & Spring Sports: Some of these sports also offer camps or practices in the fall, which require the same clearance process.

Semester 2 Period Tardy Notifications
As of 1/14/25, DMS restarted a school-wide initiative to support student attendance and on-time arrival to class.
Parents/guardians receive email notifications for every period tardy earned by their student. The email includes the parent, teacher, student, and administration. Please reach out to teachers and administration if you have any question regarding a marked tardy. Students also receive a paper notification/warning in class.
