Campus Mission
The mission of Giesinger Elementary is to ensure high levels of learning to facilitate continuous growth of the whole child.
THIS WEEK'S HAPPENINGS
Monday, September 25th
Thursday, September 28th
7:00 CHS vs. ORHS- Wear Patriotic Clothes
Friday, September 29th
Mrs. Giesinger Day
Watch here to watch the video Mrs. Moore created of each grade level singing and hear the book that Mrs. Giesinger's granddaughter read to our students.
Kindergarten ABC Boot Camp
Our young scholars have been hard at work and are excited to parade for you. Families are welcome (and encouraged) to join us for this event. Students will begin parading around our campus beginning at 8:30 am. Families can watch this event along our back bus ramp (like last week's parade) so there is no need to check in.
Families, please park at the Church of Christ parking lot and use either the unpaved walking path around our playground or walk along the front of our school along White Oak Blvd for a paved path. Again, there is NO NEED to check in at front office for this outdoor event.
Dropping off Lunches
We know things happen and kids forget their lunch, when this happens we ask that you have lunches dropped off BEFORE our first lunch time at 10:45 am. Families are invited any time to come eat lunch with their kids so that is a good time for special lunches from restaurants.
The middle of the day is a big transition time for our campus and it is hard to deliver 10-15 lunches per grade and ensure they get to students on time. Much of our staff is on duty and support to deliver these is limited.
Watch DOGS Sign Up Open NOW
Thank you to those that joined us last week for our annual Watch D.O.G.S. kick off meeting. After completing the CISD Volunteer form found by clicking here, you can use the links below to sign up for our campus.
We are looking forward to working with you!

CHS Football Games
Hello, Conroe Tiger Community!
Football season is here and our Conroe Tigers love having the support of our community cheering in the stands!
To increase safety at our varsity football games, students in grades K-8 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian to enter football games. This change in practice is due in part to a rise in incidents involving unsupervised K-8 students at football games.
These changes are effective immediately and will be enforced at the upcoming Conroe vs. The Woodlands football game on Friday, September 22, 2023. We also expect all spectators to remain in the stands unless they are going to the restroom, the concession stand, or exiting the stadium.
We understand this change in practice may interrupt normal plans for event attendance, but we want to ensure that all attendees have an enjoyable and safe experience.
We also want to remind you of some important policies when at our stadiums:
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the stadium.
- No spectators are allowed on the field before or after the game.
- Fans are not allowed to congregate under the stands.
- Stadiums open 1 hour prior to kickoff.
- Only CLEAR backpacks and handbags are allowed to be brought into the stadium.
For a full list of Conroe ISD stadium policies and more information surrounding the clear bag policy, follow this link Conroe ISD Stadium Policies. We appreciate your support!
