PTA Meeting & Opportunities
The January PTA meeting has been rescheduled to WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 17th at 4 pm in Room 24. After a solid start this fall, we will be discussing how we will end the year! We will cover some school funding requests, upcoming elections, this quarter's parent workshop, staff appreciation ideas, and begin planning the end-of-year picnic! We are still in need of a secretary; see the article below. Please join us as we continue to serve the Holmes community!
Our current secretary had her hours change at work and can no longer make the meetings. Meetings are the 3rd Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) after school at 4pm. As secretary, you would serve as record keeper: taking minutes of the meetings, keeping logs of attendance, budget and agendas to be used for our annual audit at the end of the year. Please note: DISCUSSION WILL START AT THE JANUARY MEETING ABOUT PTA BEING SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This will mean ALL funding for clubs, staff grants, school initiatives, workshops, etc will halt until either next year or a secretary is identified. It is mandated by National PTA that every unit have a secretary to maintain proper recordings of meetings and votes.
Steps to Check Your Student's CMAS Test Scores
1. Click here to login to PowerSchool (Call 719-328-3824 if login assistance is needed.)
2. After logging into your Parent PowerSchool account, choose Additional Reports on the left menu.
3. You will have the DownLoadFile option for each test.
