TVUSD Reopening of Schools UPDATE

On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, the Board of Education approved three (3) learning models for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The programs offered will include a traditional, online, and blended model. Staffing and master schedules are driven by student enrollment, therefore, we need parents/guardians to select their preliminary preferred learning model for each of their students based on the information we have at this time.

After you review the information in the newsletter, please scroll to the bottom to complete and submit your learning model preference for each of your children by Monday, June 29, 2020.

Parents/guardians will have the opportunity to change their model preference selection in late July. Parents/guardians who do not complete a model preference selection survey will have their student(s) enrolled by default in the traditional full-time, on-campus model.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BEGIN - PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY ONE SURVEY FOR EACH STUDENT. Families are asked to consult with each other and have only one primary parent/guardian complete the preferred model survey for each of your child(ren). You will need to complete a separate survey for each of your children.

Information you will need to have to complete your preference model for each student:

1. Student date of birth
2. Student TVUSD ID Number# - this is an 8 to 10 digit number that students use to access their learning programs. It is available in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Below is a graphic to assist you with locating it.

If you recently enrolled a new student in TVUSD and are having trouble accessing your Student ID, please go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal inbox and you should have a message with your ID#. See the graphic below. If you have enrolled more than one new student, you will have to use the link below to submit a help ticket.
