Panorama Family Survey

Our District values feedback from families, and we would like to learn more about your child’s school experience this year. CCS is collecting responses for a Family-School Relationships Survey to learn how we can better support our community during the rest of the school year and beyond.

Parents and guardians, please take 10-15 minutes to complete the Family-School Relationships Survey. You will have between January 10th and January 28th to complete. Families with children at more than one school should complete one survey for their oldest child in each school.

To access the survey, families

select their child’s school, or use the Family Survey QR Code. Select your student’s school from the dropdown menu and click “Take this survey.” All responses are completely anonymous and will help us to plan programs, resources, and services for the remainder of this school year.

-School Hours 9:00am-3:30pm
-Classrooms and Office are closed to visitors
-Office is closed at 3:00pm for dismissal.
-A change in transportation on the same day must occur prior to 2:30pm. A note must be sent to school.
-Chromebook PickUp/Exchange - 10:00am - 2:00pm

CAR PICK UP DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

Please pull to the curb when picking up your child so that cars can get around you. DO NOT BLOCK THE LEFT LANE. If you park in a parking space, you will need to get out of your car and pick up your child from the classroom line. If you parked on ABERDEEN AVE. you will need to get out of your car and pick up your student from the classroom line.

STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ENTER A CAR THAT IS IN THE LEFT LANE. ALL STUDENTS SHOULD ENTER THEIR CAR WHEN IT PULLS TO THE CURB.

BOTTOMS: Khaki, Blue or Black pants

Shorts, skirts and jumpers should be fingertip length or longer.

Shirts/Tops: Shirts WITH COLLARS Blouses WITH SLEEVES shoulders MUST be covered - NO TANK TOPS COLORS are Forest green, navy blue, light blue, or white

Shoes: ONLY CLOSED TOE SHOES
