Evaluators in the Effectiveness Project model of Educator Effectiveness will complete the second semester calibration/recertification in this workshop.
Learning Outcomes:
- Complete calibration as a certified evaluator in the EP model.
- Increase classroom observation data collection and feedback skills.
This workshop is offered exclusively to those districts in the Effectiveness Project (EP) Model of Educator Effectiveness including: Abbotsford, Bloomer, Colby, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Osseo-Fairchild, and Spencer.
