Straight from the Hardt
Hello Ridgeline Families- WE DID IT!
Together, this community has put Ridgeline on the map! We are no longer a concept and an idea, we are a for real! I’m so proud of our students and staff for embracing this opportunity and every moment that was made!
Today was no exception. We paraded around the property into the stadium and shared a special, and historic moment in our school history. We said “see you later” as we counted down our last 10 seconds on the game clock. Students left through a tunnel of Ridgeline staff! Some early video footage is in the newsletter today—don’t want to miss that!
This isn’t necessarily the consensus feeling right now, but for me- I could keep going. Our momentum is so positive, I am sad to see us have to be apart for a time. I’m going to miss our kids. They are so much fun and really good people. Each one has gifts to offer others, and I’m proud to be their principal. I’m thankful to get two years with our seniors!
Congrats to our incoming Freshman who were promoted last night at Greenacres and Selkirk! We look forward to you joining our family here at Ridgeline.
Finally, today—I want to recognize the Editor-n-Chief of the Falcon Flyer, the mastermind behind the photos, captions, graphics and all. She is also responsible for ALL our social media posts. If you’re not following us, you’re missing out—because they’re awesome!
My only part of the Flyer are the opening remarks in “Straight From the Hardt.” So many of you have complimented the newsletter over the year and we appreciate that. So ALL the deserving credit goes to Ridgeline Secretary, TESSA JOHNSTON!
You know her, she’s the very smiley and enthusiastic one who greets you when you walk in the doors! Thank you Tessa!
