MCA Testing for Grades 3, 4 and 5
Students in Grades 3, 4 and 5 will take the Reading Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment tests on April 18th-20th, and the Math MCA tests on April 25th-27th. Only students in Grade 5 will take the Science test on May 3rd and 4th.
It’s a good idea to make sure your child is well rested and eats a good breakfast on these days so they have their best chance at showing off what they know!
Safety during arrival and dismissal
Arrival time
Help keep our students safe during arrival! Supervision begins at 8:55am. Staff are not outside to supervise students before this time. Please do not drop off your child before 8:55. In addition, students should not be dropped off at the playground before school.
Arrival and dismissal reminders
- Please be cautious when you are in the drop off/pick up loop. Please wait for the vehicle in front of you to move forward rather than pulling out of line, unless directed to do so by a staff member.
- Pets that accompany you on the sidewalk should be kept on a leash. Please do not allow your pets to interact with other students.
- Please be cautious of students crossing in the crosswalk.
- Do not use the bus loop for student drop off/pick up.
