Be Sure to Vote & Book Fair is Next Week!
Titan Families,
Our campus is a polling location, so please get out and exercise your right to vote TODAY! Also, get ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). Choosing their own books
empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as
always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the big event:
- Students can shop the fair during school hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, November 14th-16th. Families are invited to shop the fair on Tuesday from 3-6pm or during Thanksgiving Lunch hours on Wednesday.
- You can also shop the fair online, and have books shipped directly to you by visiting our Book Fair Homepage: Website link
Shopping the fair is now easier than ever with several ways to pay! We accept cash, credit, and Apple Pay, or students can shop using a cash-free Scholastic eWallet. To set up an eWallet:
1. Visit our Book Fair Homepage: RPE book fair website
2. Click on eWallet "GET STARTED" and then "CREATE eWALLET"
3. Sign in or create an account (if you do not already have one with Scholastic).
4. Add funds using a credit card, or reactivate unspent funds from a previous book fair.
5. Any unspent funds will automatically convert to an e-gift card that can be used to shop at Scholastic.com or be added to future eWallets.
6. That's it! Your students can now shop and pick out their favorite titles during school hours.
Take care and be well,
Dr. Amy Sharp
Proud RPE Principal

Watch D.O.G.S. Sign- Up
WATCH D.O.G.S. is a national program focusing on the prevention of violence in our children’s schools by using the positive influence of fathers and father-figures to be a positive role model for all students. The change this year is that you don't need to volunteer for an entire day; we will have hourly opportunities available should you prefer that. Anything to keep your involvement on campus!
While on campus, WATCH D.O.G.S may-
work in small groups with kids,
support staff out at recess,
support lunch room clean up and etiquette eat lunch,
monitor the school entrances and hallways,
assist with arrival and dismissal,
mentor students, and much more!
How to get Involved-
Read through the expectations and sample schedule
Register as a Leander ISD Volunteer
Fill out the RPE Watch Dogs Registration Form
After confirming volunteer status, our assistant principal, Lacy Olmstead, will reach out with more information and schedule.
