Dear Swift-Slaybaugh Complex Families,

This week the Swift-Slaybaugh Complex celebrated "Random Acts of Kindness" Week! I have to say, everyone really was extra nice to one another and it was great to see so many students and staff members participating. Dr. Gruccio also made the announcement this week that beginning March 7th, masks will be optional for all students, staff, and visitors. Desk shields will also be removed, which has already started happening.

Please know that whatever you choose for your family, we support your decision and we will be reminding everyone that respect for personal choice is expected. If any parent would like their student to continue using a desk shield, we will be sure to have new ones available for them. Just let your child's homeroom teacher or me know about your request. Don't forget that on Tuesday we will be celebrating "Twosday" or 2-22-22 with the theme day below. We hope that everyone has a safe and relaxing three day weekend and we will see everyone back for the once in a lifetime date! Take care.
