If you would like to submit an input letter for our placement process, they are due in by Friday, May 13. Below is the initial letter.

On Thursday evening, we welcomed our incoming kindergarten families to informational presentation. We are excited to have these families join our Byam community. On May 25, 26 and 27 our incoming kindergartners will be coming to school for our kindergarten screening.

BOOK FAIR THANK YOU!

Thank you to all the Byam students and families, teachers and staff that visited and/or helped with Byam's Spring Scholastic Book fair and made it such a huge success!! Thank you to Mr. Romac for all your help storing the book fair and getting it outside for us each day! Thank you to Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Driscoll for collecting book reviews and pictures from students at school! Thank you to all of our parent volunteers, we couldn't have done it without you and we hope you'll help us again in future book fairs!

RIDE TO SCHOOL WITH OZZIE!

Woof! Woof! 🚓 🦴 🐾 Did you hear the news?! Byam students who raise more than $250 for the Walk-A-Thon will be entered into a chance to win a “Ride to School with Officer Ozzie” and Office Sullivan! MISTER G PERFORMS AT BYAM SCHOOL

On Friday, May 6th, Byam students had the opportunity to experience a concert by bilingual children’s musician MISTER G. He performed songs from his Latin Grammy Award-winning album "Los Animales" and shared his book "Señorita Mariposa" about the monarch butterfly migration from Canada to Mexico. MISTER G was delighted to bring his multicultural, music and literacy enrichment experience to your children this week!

TEACHER APPRECIATION BREAKFAST!

Byam Teachers and Staff were treated to a special breakfast this week in honor of Teacher Appreciation week from the BSA! The BSA supports our students enrichment activities, but also tries to find ways to thank our amazing teachers throughout the year!
