Lunch Visits
We are so excited to welcome our families to lunch. The students enjoy visits from their family during lunch time, and we are happy to see you!
Quick Reminders:
1. All visitors must check in at the office upon arrival and return to the office to check out after your visit. You must present a valid driver's license when checking in.
2. Only 2 additional students are allowed to join you and your child during the lunch visit.
We appreciate your help and look forward to seeing you soon!
School Visitor/Student Check-Out Procedures
As we welcome families and our community back into the building this year, this is a reminder that all visitors will need to bring their driver's license with them to check-in.
When you arrive to the school, please ring the bell at the front door and let the office know the reason for your visit (i.e. pick up a student, have lunch with your student, etc.). Once you enter the school, please head directly to the office and check-in. All visitors must present their driver's license or state issued ID and will receive a visitor badge. Badges are expected to be worn for the entire length of the visit and will be used to check-out in the office upon departure.
If you are checking out your child, please allow 15 minutes for the check-out process. You must present your driver's license or state issued ID to check out your student. Please be sure that anyone picking up your child is listed as an authorized person on your child's school record.
Please park in the lower parking lot if you check-out students after 2:00 p.m. Parking in the upper lot may result in getting stuck in the student pickup line until car riders are dismissed from school at 2:40 p.m.
Thank you for your understanding and help with this request.
A Message from Officer McMurray...
For the safety of you and your students, Officer McMurray reminds parents to make sure to obey the school zone traffic laws during drop-off and pick-up times. Please be sure to observe school zone speed limits, refrain from using cellphones while driving, and always wear your seatbelts. Fines for speeding and using a phone while driving are not only increased in a designated school zone, but the amount of points placed against your driving history increase as well.
Please help us to keep our students, staff, and guests safe by
obeying all traffic laws in the designated school zones.
THANK YOU!
