Summer Programs for Grieving Children and Teens
Along with the information about Camp Angel Wings, please follow this link to The Children's Room to learn more about Summer Program Options for children and teens who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
In addition to fun-filled activities, Camp Angel Wings:
• Provides emotional and physical support in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
• Provides a setting for campers to explore their many thoughts and feelings about grief, along with receiving support from their peers.
• Gives children and teens the opportunity to remember their loved ones.
• Allows boys and girls to be themselves and grieve without feeling pressured.
Camp Angel Wings is free for all campers, but space is limited and the death of their loved one must have occurred prior to April 24, 2023.
