Ms. Robin Gray (Cr-He)
Greetings Bronco Family!
I am Robin Gray, one of the counselors at LSN. This is my twentieth year as a counselor at LSN. I want to thank you, students and parents, for allowing me to serve your personal, career, and academic needs.
First quarter ended October. 13.Can you believe that one fourth of the school year is complete! This is a good time to evaluate personal goals. Were you successful in the first quarter? What improvements can I make? What worked and what didn’t? What is your PLAN.
Benjamin Franklin; “By failing to plan, you are preparing to fail”....
Many times, students are confused about their future goals and the steps that are needed to pursue those goals. In the first quarter, we worked with students in their NAVIANCE accounts to discover their personal interests, careers related to those interests, and educational opportunities that will help them reach their goals The counselors are here to guide, answer questions and assists students, along with their parents. Ask your student about their ICAP, Individual Career and Academic Plan. This plan is in place to help your student maximize their high school academic experience, so that they will graduate with a future plan for success! If you haven’t heard of an ICAP, contact your counselor!
