Silver Spatula Award

We give this award daily in the lunchroom. The class per grade level that exhibits the best behavior during lunch (stay in seat, inside voices, etc.) wins the spatula for that day. The class that has won the award the most all week gets a special prize on Fridays!

Attendance Counts!

The Attendance Support Team meets weekly to assess our data, and meet with parents to discuss attendance. We recognize staff weekly who have had perfect attendance the previous week. Students (virtual and in-house) who have perfect attendance for the month are recognized and awarded attendance charms and/or certificates. The classrooms with the best attendance per grade level for the previous month are posted in the lunchroom hallway, and the students and teachers get prizes as well. We usually have great attendance here at MVE!
