Great First Week, Pirates!

Dear Pirate Families,


We had a stellar week at BHS! This week we saw our seniors step into leadership roles in our classrooms and hallways, our juniors engaging in rigorous course work, the sophomores growing in maturity, and our freshman positively acclimating to the high school.


This week we met with each grade level of students to discuss our expectations at BHS. We attendance, cell phones, dress code, tardies, eligibility, and other relevant information. Please ask your student about these expectations. We seek to align our expectations to ensure students leave our walls ready for employment, enlistment, or enrollment.


Thank you for your continued support of the high expectations that are a hallmark of a Boonville education.

Senior Sunrise RECAP

It was a beautiful morning to celebrate the Class of 2023 on their journey to graduation. Donuts, cinnamon rolls, corn hole, spike ball and lots of photos made for a memorable morning. We look forward to their leadership this year!

Greetings from CIS Student Support Coordinator Taylor Kluck

Hi Pirates! I am excited to get this year started as the CIS Student Support coordinator for LSE and BHS! I am here to give extra support to students and families with items such as school supplies, clothing, and food.


I can also support students to increase their grades, maintain attendance percentages, and so much more! I am eager to meet and work with you this year and am happy to answer questions anytime at taylor.kluck@bpsk12.net.


If any students are in need of clothing or school supplies to kick off the start of the year, please contact me or come see me in Room 308 in the connector!

The next open registration ACT test date is October 22.

Register by September 16.

Dual Credit Class Enrollment

Dual Credit Class Enrollment for CMU and State Fair Community College is August 31. If you have questions about enrollment or your student's dual credit course(s), please contact your counselor, Missy Walker or Erika Soder.

What is EHallPass?

You may have heard your student mention learning about EHallPass. Boonville High School, BTEC, and LSE Middle School are utilizing EHallPass this year to add an extra layer of security and accountability for students.
