Weekly Reflection from Dr. Mullenschlader
Today we celebrate the Feast of King Louis of France, our city and archdiocesan patron saint. St. Louis King of France is attributed with writing a letter to his son in which he states the following, "Dear son, give thanks to God often for all the good things He has done for you, so that you may be worthy to receive more." Our children have so much to be thankful for and many times we attribute it to things, but we should also help them attribute it to the blessings of virtue, the blessings of good friends, the blessings of good teachers, and the blessings of parents who love them and what the best for them. In your efforts to parent your children with great love, know that St. Charles Borromeo school is a partner and we want to help you. We too love your children and want them to know all the good things that God has bestowed on them.
