Sometimes we don't know when or even how we might be hiding in plain sight. MIA (missing in action) Stress, anxiety, grief and overwhelm can keep us (and those we lead and teach) stuck and hiding.

To access the gold of adversity we need PERMISSION to make mistakes, make messes, be vulnerable, be uncomfortable, feel all the feels and let go. I know... 'tis not an easy task. And yet... sometimes just a little grace (and humor), and CREATIVITY can help start the process to unravel so that-- we can reimagine and reinvent.

Problem-solving at its core is about being curious. To go beyond the event-horizon of uncertainty is a lot more doable with a mindset of curiosity. When you feel stuck between two bad ideas, consider shifting mindset to simply BE Curious!

Here's a few mindful tips to shift mindset. Ask yourself (and those you lead) these questions.

What's interesting about this?
What's different here?
What's similar to what I know?
How might this become inspiring if I look at from a different perspective?
What might I like about this situation if I shifted to viewing it with a compassion verses fear?
